BABICHacoustics worked with CannonDesign to design interior acoustics of a chapel on the campus of North Catholic High School. This challenging circular and domed geometry of the room would have caused sound focusing within the space if left untreated. Reverberation time (RT) and speech intelligibility were analyzed within the space, and a mix of absorptive and diffusive acoustical treatments were recommended to achieve appropriate speech intelligibility and music clarity for school worship services.
