Nicholas T. Pietrusinski joined BABICHacoustics in February 2022. He combines a solid foundation in engineering with a passion for music and innovation. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Concentration) and Music from St. Vincent College.
Currently, Nick is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Acoustics at The Pennsylvania State University, focusing on room acoustics and mechanical noise control. This academic pursuit aligns seamlessly with his role as an Acoustical Consultant at BABICHacoustics, where he leverages his engineering expertise to deliver innovative solutions and insights to clients.
Nick has honed his craft in guitar building at a renowned Pittsburgh music shop, perfecting the art of lutherie and is an avid member of the Guild of American Luthiers and holds a Fender® certification as an acoustic and electric guitar technician. Simultaneously, he showcased his musical talents as a versatile vocalist and Music Director for a theater group at St. Vincent.
Nick's diverse experiences and commitment to both his profession and passion for music make him a dynamic asset to BABICHacoustics. His unique blend of technical acumen and artistic flair contributes to the company's mission of acoustic excellence. Nick is a Member of the National Council of Acoustical Consultants and a Member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering.
